Phosphating
We offer a two stage automated iron phosphate pretreatment service with a high volume capacity basket Ø2.5m.
The machine is a Finnish Idea system installed new in 2009.
The two stages are:
- cleaner & phosphate
- rinse & sealer
The service is used as standard for all powder coated items and is placed inline with our track link system for high throughput.
